Real Estate Markets on the Rise in 2015

13367124451334882953srteam As a luxury real estate agent, one of the questions I am asked on a regular basis is this:  will the real estate market continue to improve in 2015?

It’s a question that is very important when talking about luxury real estate, and the answer to that question has great bearing on athletes facing athlete relocation and the decision to buy a home or lease a home.

Realtor.com recently did a study of the United States real estate market, and what they have deduced is that real estate in general will improve by as much as 25% in 2015.  In addition to that very encouraging news, they pinpointed ten markets where the increase in real estate sales could be more than 25%.  Those markets are:

  • Atlanta
  • Dallas
  • Des Moines
  • Denver
  • Houston
  • Los Angeles
  • Minneapolis
  • Phoenix
  • San Jose
  • Washington D. C.

Are there any guarantees in this report?  None whatsoever, but it is encouraging and it is worth taking note of, especially if you are considering a relocation to one of those areas, or you are considering buying real estate as an investment in the near future.
